1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The following are NOT eligible for return:
    • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
    • Opened software, consumables, or personalized/customized products.
    • Products that show signs of use, damage, or are not in resalable condition.
    • Any item not purchased directly from the SalePromo website.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at 3963906703@qq.com within the 30-day return window. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific return instructions. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.
  3. Ship Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) with the RMA number clearly visible on the package. Ship it to the authorized return address we provide. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. SalePromo is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

3. Refunds

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).

4. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges primarily for defective items or items we shipped incorrectly.
  • To request an exchange, please contact us at 3963906703@qq.com with your order details and clear photos/videos showing the issue. We will guide you through the process.

5. Return Shipping & Address

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, except in cases of our error.
  • Returns must be sent only to the specific return address provided with your RMA number. Please do not send returns to our company office address, as this will cause significant delays.

6. Final Sale Items

  • All items marked “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or similar are sold as-is and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 3963906703@qq.com.
  • Include your order number and clear photos/videos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange a solution, which may include a prepaid return label for a replacement or a full refund.
