- Order Verification: All orders undergo a verification and quality check before packaging. In rare cases, this may extend the processing time slightly.

2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship worldwide from our facility in China. Shipping costs and available options will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

- This is our most affordable option, suitable for non-urgent deliveries.

- Available to most destinations, offering faster delivery with comprehensive tracking.
Please note: The 2–4 business day processing time occurs before the shipment date. All delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local holidays, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Important: For all international orders, the recipient is solely responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or brokerage fees levied by the destination country’s authorities.
- These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost paid to SalePromo.
- Non-payment of these fees may result in delivery delays, additional charges, or the return of your package.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey.
6. Delivery & Responsibility
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or insufficient addresses provided by the customer.
- Once the carrier marks the package as “delivered,” our liability ends. We are not responsible for loss or theft after delivery.
- If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, additional reshipping fees will apply to send the package again.

- Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows no movement or updates for an extended period (significantly exceeding the estimated delivery window), please contact us.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging in your message.
